I know my name isn’t well known but anybody who knows me, knows I don't post comments or rate games unless they really get my attention. Good or bad. Well, this game certainly caught my attention. So far, the story is rather well written from what ive gathered. Dialogue could use a little work but certainly not as bad as some that I've seen. The animation is top notch, I really enjoy the flow of the animations.
I am slightly confused by the relationship between Di and MC. At first it felt like a little sister type feel, like they got along really well but by the end of chapter 1, they're talking to each other like they can't stand each other. Perhaps leave that open for players in the beginning? They can decide how their relationship with Di will start and it progresses as time goes on. Maybe they're indifferent and depending on player choices, changes how they interact?
I dont want to promise anything since things constantly change during development times. But I'll say this, 2 of the 5 tags you mentioned are very likely.
Unless a dev is deliberately trying to hide something, there is no reason to not to tell people the tags they will include and not include for their project.
Considering the plot presented in chapter 1, I'd be willing to bet on those two tags being Harem and Pregnancy. Remember, we're supposed to be breeding a lot of humanoid aliens.

Why so vague?
Yeah I'm not getting invested in a game just to get hit by some NTR later
Please at least let us know whether NTR is going to be in this so I know to avoid it.
